About McCrea Bridge Campground
McCrea Bridge Campground in Island Park Idaho offers 23 primitive tent and RV camping sites located on the backwaters of beautiful Island Park Reservoir. Part of the Caribou-Targhee National Forest (Forest Service) the campground allows access to boating, water-skiing, fishing, kayaking, and canoeing, as well as boat ramps and fish cleaning stations. Reservable sites. Potable water and pit toilets.
McCrea Bridge Campground is located on the backwaters of beautiful Island Park Reservoir in Island Park, Idaho at an elevation of 6,200 feet. A mixed growth lodgepole pine forest provides partial shade and summer wildflowers are abundant. Island Park Reservoir offers boating, waterskiing, fishing, kayaking, and canoeing, as well as boat ramps and fish cleaning stations. McCrea's Bridge Campground is located on the north end of Island Park Reservoir. It has 19 single units and 4 double units. Fishing is good and there is a boat ramp.
