Questions

Can I try Pro for free?

Yes. A new account gets 7 days of Pro with no card. When the week ends you choose: subscribe, or keep using the free plan. Nothing is charged automatically.

Do I lose my favorites if I cancel?

No. Favorites are free and stay saved.

How does yearly billing work?

$29.99 once a year, about $2.50 a month, 37% less than paying monthly.

Can I switch between monthly and yearly?

Yes, any time in Membership & Billing. A switch takes effect right away and the difference is worked out fairly: moving to yearly charges the rest of the difference now; moving to monthly credits the unused part of your year toward future bills.

Do 360° tours need Pro?

No. Tours are free for everyone. Pro removes ads from 360° tours and campground pages.

Does Pro work in the app?

Yes. Sign in with the same account. A plan bought on the website unlocks the app, and a plan bought in the app unlocks the website. Offline maps are in the Android app.

Where do I cancel?
