Jasper Point campground is one of two campgrounds at Prineville Reservoir State Park. Small and quiet, the park has 27 first-come, first-served campsites with electricity and water hook ups. The lake is just a short walk from the campsites, with some having waterfront views. Follow a 1¾-mile lakeside hiking trail to main campground.

Jasper Point has its own two-lane boat ramp and courtesy dock for boat access to the lake. A trailhead for hiking into the State Wildlife area is located inside the camp.

Camping

Camping is first-come, first-served.

28 electrical sites with water (two with accessible design)
One pet-friendly rustic log cabin with a toilet (no shower). Three person maximum occupancy. RESERVATIONS REQUIRED

Know Before You Go

Some boat ramps on the reservoir may close when water levels are low. Visit the U.S. Bureau of Reclamation website for current water levels and boat ramp elevations.
Campfire restrictions are often in place during the summer months.
