Val Vista Villages RV Park & Resort offers an activity-focused, well-maintained winter-resort atmosphere with pools, water aerobics, live music, fitness and craft classes, plus multiple dog parks and friendly staff. The Mesa location is convenient to shopping and valley destinations. Tradeoffs include relatively tight, congested sites adjacent to permanent mobile homes, some older park-model units amid newer construction, and occasional road noise; a few guests report management or neighbor conflicts. Rates run on the higher side, though seasonal discounts are sometimes accepted. Good choice for social, active visitors; less ideal for those seeking spacious, park-like sites.
