Tradeoffs include relatively tight, congested sites adjacent to permanent mobile homes, some older park-model units amid newer construction, and occasional road noise; a few guests report management or neighbor conflicts. Rates run on the higher side, though seasonal discounts are sometimes accepted. Good choice for social, active visitors; less ideal for those seeking spacious, park-like sites.
