The park was awarded large park of the year by ARVC for 3 years. Park models are available for rent. RV sites are capable of handling large RVs on packed desert gravel with concrete patio. A clubhouse,2 pools, hot tub, are available, various multi-purpose rooms, laundry, library, and fitness room, shuffleboard. Softball, bowling, and golf teams are a few of the outside amenities. Privately owned the park features citrus trees throughout the property.
