Many guests report friendly office and gate staff and clean common areas, making it a social, adult-oriented resort. Tradeoffs include occasional inconsistent site assignments or tight spaces for larger rigs, reports of unfriendly long-term residents who may cut through sites, and a few comments about pool cleanliness and spotty maintenance or weeds on empty lots. Overall, strong amenities and atmosphere but expect variable upkeep and neighbor interactions.

Mesa Spirit RV Resort in Mesa Arizona is a 55+ RV Resort and offers 1800+ full hookup RV sites. Sites are set on packed desert gravel, concrete or pavement depending upon the site. Roads are paved. The park has ample recreational facilities including a nice pool, tennis and gym area. Scheduled activities during the season. A mix of RV sites and park models this location is popular and busy during the season. Situated direct on Main St guests have access to all the amenities of an urban environment. Nicely maintained the coaches and homes are all well kept. Palm trees line the various lanes providing a tropical ambiance to this winter time destination.
