The Arizona Cowboy RV Park & Apartments (formerly the Tiffany) in Mesa Arizona offers 25 full hookup RV Spaces catering to seasonal snowbirds. With onsite owners the park is known for its hospitable nature and small community feel. Very responsive owners via phone and email. Generally full all winter advanced reservations are highly recommended. The park has paved roads and sites with concrete patios. The park is a non-smoking park for adults only. They are very pet friendly. Sites are situated on a single small road that loops in to the property. The pavement is broken and in need of repair. Sites are backins and can accommodate larger RVs as long as you are comfortable maneuvering in a tight space. Restrooms and showers are available. The park is located on main street close to dining, shopping and supplies.
