Rocky Arbor State Park is a small, easy-to-access park with a short, mostly flat loop trail featuring striking bluffs and rock formations. It’s well suited for a leisurely hike or family outing and offers basic amenities—restrooms, picnic tables, grills, a shelter and a playground. Expect about a mile of trail with roots, staircases and a few sections that can be muddy, overgrown, or have rotting boards; some parts have been closed at times. Mosquitoes and ticks can be heavy in season, parking is limited, and QR-based payment may be difficult where cell service is spotty.
