Lakedale Resort is a peaceful, lakeside retreat on San Juan Island with many campsites and lodging options (canvas cabins, yurts, and a lodge) that sit right along the water. Guests praise friendly staff, clean bathrooms and hot showers, a hearty breakfast, and plentiful on-site activities — kayak and canoe rentals, fishing, lawn games, and private hot tubs in some units. The setting is scenic and close to Friday Harbor. A few visitors noted a finicky shower sensor that can cut water off quickly and occasional minor amenities limitations, but most recommend it for a serene stay.
