📖 About This Campground
Flatrock Campground in Island Park Idaho offers 37 partial (electric) and primitive (no water, electric, or sewer) hookup RV and tent camping sites. Part of the Caribou-Targhee National Forest (Forest Service) the campground is adjacent to the Henry's Fork River, and Highway 20 is 100 yards from the campground entrance. Vault toilets and potable water. Available for reservation. Excellent fishing, boating, hiking, biking, ATV / UTV off-roading, and other outdoor pursuits abound.
Packed dirt/ gravel roads there are two loops. Loop A is closer to the water with the best sites between 19 and 23 as they face the river. Loop B is the a bit quieter with electric hookup sites and accommodations for most any sized RV.
ATV trails are located throughout this area with a designated ATV parking area located just outside the park.
The campground is immediately across US 20 from Mack's Inn.
