What campers say

Flat Rock is a convenient, RV-friendly stop just off US‑20 about 30–40 minutes from Yellowstone. Sites are spacious and accommodate large rigs, with a mix of riverside (A) and forested (B) loops. Some sites offer electricity and limited water access but no sewer hookups; the nearest dump is roughly 10 miles away. Bathrooms/privies are generally reported as clean and hosts are often praised for being helpful. Expect noticeable road noise due to the highway location. The campground is pet friendly but bears are present so proper food storage is required. A few visitors reported reservation-modification and management frustrations.
