Elk Fork Campground

Elk Fork Campground west of Cody Wyoming and 25 miles from the East entrance to Yellowstone National Park is a Forest Service Campground offering 13 primitive tent and RV camping sites along the Shoshone River. From the campground Elk Fork trail follows Elk Creek into the Washakie Wilderness. Corrals are provided at the trailhead. Paved roads and site pads. Note: this is Bear Country and special rules are in place for storing food.
