Brighthaven Estates is a small, well-kept RV and mobile-home community in Mesa with renovated sites, resurfaced streets, trimmed landscaping, and convenient proximity to shopping, restaurants and the freeway. Amenities often noted include a clean pool and hot tub, clubhouse/community center, laundry and weekly social activities. Management—particularly the on-site manager Ron—is repeatedly described as responsive and communicative. RV sites with brick pavers and artificial turf are spacious for longer stays. A few guests report aging units in parts of the park, occasional pool/hot-tub equipment or utility limitations (phone/internet), and concerns about rising rents.

Brighthaven Estates in Mesa Arizona is a 55+ community providing a few RV sites mixed in with mobile homes. Recently updated the park has paved roads and desert gravel sites with concrete patios. A clubhouse, pool billiards area and shuffleboard are available to guests. Located on the east side of Mesa near Apache Junction and the Superstition Mountains the park is situated in an urban setting providing access to area attractions and amenities. From the park: NEWLY RENOVATED AMENITIES! Brighthaven Estates (formerly known as Dollbeer Ranch MHP) is an age qualified community located in Mesa, Arizona. The property is situated along Main Street, a major thoroughfare with access to shopping, banking, and recreation. Renovations are complete and we always have a few RV sites available if you want to bring your home with you!
