Carriage Manor Resort in Mesa Arizona is a ownership community with privately owned sites. Over 900 total sites the park has about 100 RV sites. A portion of this RV sites, when not in use by the owners, are available to rent. Very popular during peak winter seasons this park is referred to as a hidden gem. Pride of ownership is displayed throughout the park with quality amenities and features throughout. A 55+ adult community the park offers a list of amenities including: tennis, shuffleboard, horseshoe, bocce-ball, a heated pool, hot tub, pickle-ball, pet park, scheduled activities with an activities director, an onsite café (breakfast and lunch), and an overall friendly environment. Advanced reservations are required with preference towards guests looking to stay for longer periods of time. All RV sites have concrete parking pads and varying level of improvements based upon the site owner's desires. Wifi is available for an additional fee. RVs limited to 40'. Located in an urban setting guests have easy access to shopping, dining and area attractions.
