We had an amazing time at this location! The only downside was that we couldn't stay longer due to our hectic schedule. Despite being an older park, everything was in perfect condition. The full hookups and spacious, level gravel pads gave us plenty of space for all our outdoor fun. The hot showers, playground, and pet-friendly areas were fantastic additions. We can't wait to come back for a longer stay in the future!

Silver Spur Ranch RV & Mobile Home Park in Mesa Arizona offers full hookup RV spaces with daily, weekly, monthly, and annual rates. Paved roads with gravel sites the park has a mix of RV and manufactured home sites available. Overnight and long term rates are inexpensive. Located at the border of Mesa and Apache Junction near the base of the Superstition Mountains. The park has a pool, clubhouse and other public areas available to guests.

BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE. BEWARE I wouldn't stay in this park if you paid me! Between the cops coming in at all hours of the night and all the theft that take place. I lived in this park for quite a while and my neighbor got their bikes stolen, the security guard, got his motorcycle stolen. I've had several things come up missing. This also seems to be a favorite place for the homeless. Don't voice your opinion because they bully you into submission. There is absolutely no secure Here. So be on your guard If you decide to say at this unsafe place. The staff is rude and very condescending. They seem to have a superiority complex. It's a circus and they even have a clown 🤡 Welcoming you at the front gate. 😆 BEWARE. BEWARE. BEWARE. BEWARE
Aware of Silver Spur Ranch. They have you pay with a money order. Make sure the amount is correct. If you are over. Management will not credit your account. Give you the difference. They will just keep the overage. When it comes to your space rental, no matter how long you have been with them renting. Paid rent early. You can get terminated at any time. There lease says, if you do not move, they will hook up to your rig and you will loose all your personal items. They just Terminated 15 people. Management did not give anyone a reason. I asked what I needed to do. I even offered to pay more. Management said NO. One individual, they only gave a 10 day notice. Me personally, Management had me hold off on packing, made me believe that after she talked to Corporate, I would be able to stay. She wait 3 weeks out of the 4 weeks to tell me, I had to move. I called the office repeatedly to find out what was going on. Just to get the answering machine. No call back. Then, I asked for an extension. Since it took her 3 weeks to get back to me. She said that would be fine. Then with in the same day, called me back and said no, I could not have an extension. For RVs, do not count on the bathroom facilities being open, hot water, or clean. You can count on them changing the locks and not telling you. Also check your water, they will turn off the parks water. Will not inform you of this. No water in your hot water tank, will damage it. PLEASE BEWARE.
Spectacular park with the greatest manager,Laura B. She is very helpful, caring and makes the park a family atmosphere. Thank you Laura and we will be back next winter and each winter to follow. We miss everyone already.
