This is the worst park to live in in the entire valley. They are changing from septic to sewer, & the park is torn apart with no organization. No one knows where to park or what will be worked on next, no communication from the park or the company doing the work. Full on ADA violations.The park is full of racists showcasing their confederate flags. Leaking washing machines, damaged exercise room. Park employee condescending & rude with no manners. Says we don't deserve to know how long repairs will take. Save your sanity and don't move here.

Desert Valley Oasis (also known as Arizona Acres Resort) in Mesa Arizona is a 55+ community which offers both mobile home and RV spaces. RV spaces are available for both short term or long term stays. Paved roads with desert gravel parking pads and concrete patios the park has a small pool, clubhouse and large saguaro cactus throughout the property. Some pull thru sites. Located at the border between Mesa and Apache Junction. The reasonable rates and lovely weather draw in an annual flow of snowbirds during the winter.
