Burton Island State Park in St Albans Bay Vermont is a 253-acre park off the southwestern tip of St. Albans Point in Lake Champlain’s ‘Inland Sea’. The park is accessible only by boat, with the state’s passenger ferry making the 10-minute trip from Kamp Kill Kare State Park. 17 tent sites and 26 lean-to sites plus 15 boat moorings and a 100-slip marina with Wi-Fi (wireless internet) connection, dockside electricity, fuel service, and a marine holding-tank pumpout facility.

    Green River Reservoir State Park in Hyde Park Vermont provides camping and paddling experiences in a remote setting.. All campsites can only be reached by paddling to them – some a 1 to 2-mile paddle from the launch site.

    Coolidge State Park in Plymouth Vermont is known for its rustic feel, hillside campsites that give way to dramatic mountain views, and authentic character, Coolidge State Park is the developed recreation centerpiece of the 21,500 acre Calvin Coolidge State Forest, the largest state-owned land holding in central Vermont. 36 lean-to sites and 26 tent/trailer sites arranged in two camping loops.

    Smugglers Notch State Park in Stowe Vermont is a narrow pass through the Green Mountains. Lined with 1,000-foot cliffs, the winding road is closed in winter. In the earlier days, only a footpath and trail for horses existed here. Offers primitive tent and RV camping.

    Mt. Philo State Park in Charlotte Vermont is located atop Mt. Philo (968′ elevation) and overlooks the Lake Champlain Valley and the Adirondack Mountains of New York. A narrow, steep road (not recommended for trailers) provides visitors access to the top of the mountain. 10 sites including 3 lean-tos is located at the top of the mountain.

    Woods Island State Park in St. Albans Vermont is located a short distance from Burton Island in northern Lake Champlain and can be reached only by boat. You must make your own arrangements to get to and from the island. 5 campsites are situated approximately equidistant around the two-mile shoreline, and are connected by a trail system.

    Running Bear Camping Area in Ascutney Vermont offers full, partial, and primitive (no water, electric, or sewer) hookup RV and tent camping for short and seasonal stays.

    Rustic Haven Campground in Concord Vermont provides full hookup RV camping with shaded sites.

    Lakeside Camping in Island Pond Vermont provides full hookup RV and tent camping adjacent to a recreational lake.

    We are located in Southern Vermont, where the Berkshire Hills meet the Green Mountains, less than ten miles from Bennington Vermont or Williamstown Massachusetts.  We have 53 sites ranging from dry tent sites to full hookup 30/50 amp and pull-throughs.  Most of our sites are large enough to accommodate large rigs and slide-outs.  We stock our pond for catch and release trout fishing, and offer paddleboat rentals too.  We have a 1 acre pond, pavilion and laundry facility coming in 2023.  Seasonal sites are available.

    Emerald Lake State Park in East Dorset Vermont is popular for its wooded hillside campground, beach and swimming area, and nearby attractions and tourist destinations. 67 campsites and 37 lean-tos are located on a heavily wooded ridge above Emerald Lake.

    Underhill State Park in Underhill Vermont is within Vermont’s 39,837-acre Mt. Mansfield State Forest. On the headwaters of the Brown’s River, at about 2,000 feet elevation, the park lies on the west slope of 4,300 feet Mt. Mansfield, the state’s highest peak. Offers primitive tent camping.
