Pine Flat Campground West — Virtual Tour

Pine Flat Campground north of Sedona Arizona along US 89A is a US Forest Service campground offering primitive tent or RV camping sites in a shaded setting adjacent to a popular creek. Fishing, hiking, swimming and access to a multitude of outdoor destinations makes this a popular campground. RV length restrictions due to tight roads and trees. Sites are set along single direction roads on both sides of 89A. The main campground and checkin kiosk is located on the West side of the road (creekside). Pull in there to checkin and then figure out which lane you need to go on. the "nicest" of the 3 campgrounds in the canyon this one has sites with picnic tables, raised BBQ stands, firepits, pit toilets, and fresh water. A pretty setting the sites have good spacing between each other and plenty of area for setting up tents. in addition some of the sites are large enough to handle decent sized RVs. Paved roads and parking pads. A camphost is onsite to help and sell firewood.
