Western Acres Mobile Park

Western Acres Mobile Home Park is frequently praised for its friendly, hands-on management and prompt maintenance, fostering a family-oriented, pet-welcoming atmosphere with a playground and clubhouse. Many visitors find the park clean, accommodating to travelers, and conveniently close to shopping. There are practical tradeoffs: the property sits near a busy road and some guests reported security incidents, so it’s wise not to leave valuables outdoors. Management has responded to past vandalism by restricting restroom access and enforcing evening gates. Overall, the park suits families and longer-term residents who appreciate attentive staff and a communal feel.
