Venture Out Resort is an active 55+ community known for well-maintained grounds, tidy landscaping, and a secure, friendly atmosphere. Amenities are extensive: two large pools, clubhouse with regular activities and performances, fitness center, and many hobby spaces (sewing/quilting, woodworking, glass arts, lapidary). Outdoor options include pickleball, bocce, tennis, lawn bowling, putting greens and an off‑leash dog area. Residents report plentiful clubs and classes plus seasonal rental and ownership options, making it suitable for winter stays or full‑time living. Compared with other parks, it is often noted as good value for the amenities offered.

📖 About This Campground

Venture Out RV Resort in Mesa Arizona is a 55+ community which offers full hookup RV spaces. Newly upgraded RV sites are set on concrete with patios and nice landscaping around. The large park has paved roads and lovely community areas including pools, fitness center and clubhouse. The park offers overnight rates that are much cheaper in the off-season (warmer months) yet reasonable during peak months (winter). No pets are allowed. Restrooms and showers are available. From the park: All spaces are 27 feet wide and either 57 or 65 feet long, with ten pull through spaces and ten back-ins. 20/30/50 amp  service is provided, along with full cable TV hook ups and your choice of three different internet providers; DISH, CenturyLink , and Wi-Fi hot spot located at the RV’s as well as at the Community Center. You can also sign up for a land phone line with CenturyLink. Our rates include water, sewer, electricity and trash pick up and full use of all activities and facilities.
