The park is targeted at active guests looking to enjoy the Arizona weather. 2 on-staff activity coordinators keep guests busy. Two pools, two clubhouses, and ample games and activities are available. Nice restrooms with shower facilities are available. Amenities are the main draw at Park Haven Estates and RV Resort. A very clean environment with pickle-ball, bocce ball, darts, shuffleboard, mini golf horseshoes, and scheduled activities. A member of the Tricon Lifestyle Brand the park has benefited from professional management. The park now caters to guests looking to stay 1 month or longer; no short term/ overnight sites available.
