Timberline West RV Campground is a family-oriented, well-maintained park with friendly, responsive staff and owners who often assist with RV issues and guest needs. Sites accommodate large rigs with level, gravel pads; some open-field spots have limited shade and campsites can be fairly close together. Clean restrooms, showers, and laundry, plus cabins with basic amenities, a fishing pond, and on-site activities make it convenient for families. Easy access from I-80 and proximity to Des Moines are practical benefits while highway noise is generally minimal. Guests note helpful extras like ice deliveries, on-site food/entertainment, and prompt customer service.

It is conveniently situated one and a half miles away from Interstate 80, but your ears won’t be able to tell.
