Cutty's Des Moines Camping Club is a family-oriented, community-style campground with a broad mix of activities for children and adults — mini golf, playgrounds, splash pad, paddle boating, disc golf, and indoor and outdoor pools. Many visitors praise clean, well-maintained grounds, friendly staff, on-site maintenance and the convenience of membership and RV storage for frequent users. Cabins work well for glamping but some guests find furnishings and certain sites in need of updating. A few visitors reported issues such as strong pool chlorine or incomplete hookups on occasion, so expect great amenities but be prepared for occasional maintenance or comfort tradeoffs.
