Multiple visitors praised very clean restrooms and showers, on-site laundry (modest fees), reliable Wi‑Fi and helpful, accommodating staff or management. Its location makes access to downtown via foot or ferry convenient, but Juneau’s limited downtown parking for large motorhomes is a practical constraint to plan for. Some guests have noted the park is under new management and that sites are monitored by 24/7 video surveillance. Overall the site is valued for cleanliness, convenience and friendly service.
