Skyhaven Estates is a clean, quiet manufactured-home community with a friendly resident base and attentive, personable management. The park offers active weekly programming and amenities including a well-kept pool, exercise room, billiards, shuffleboard, and a pet area, and it's within walking distance of restaurants and close to the US‑60. New ownership has initiated overdue repairs and improvement projects, but some practical limitations remain: there are no formal guest or handicapped parking lots and street-parking rules were recently changed. Overall, visitors who prioritize activities, cleanliness, and on-site amenities will likely find this community appealing while upgrades continue.

Skyhaven Estates in Apache Junction Arizona is a member of the Triton Lifestyle Communities. The park is nearly all mobile homes but does have a handful of sites available for RVs. Located right in the heart of Apache Junction guests are within walking distance of shopping, dining and other urban amenities. With a backdrop of the Superstition Mountains the community provides a pool, library, gym, and patio area. The interior roads are paved while the sites are set on desert gravel with concrete patios. Advanced reservations are required. From the park: Skyhaven Estates (formerly known as Apache Junction MHP) is an age qualified community located in Apache Junction, Arizona. The property is situated along Apache Trail Road, a major thoroughfare with access to shopping, banking, and recreation. Come check out our new look and upgrades.
