📖 About This Campground

Quartz Creek Campground in west Glacier National Park near Polebridge Montana offers 7 primitive camping sites in a wooded setting off Inside North Fork Rd. Several sites front Quartz Creek. No water is available at this remote first come first served campground. Best suited to tents, car camping, and small rvs/ truck campers due to tight access inside the campground and the rough dirt road to access the location. Hiking trails start from the area. Quartz Creek and close by Logging Creek are the two most sparsely visited campgrounds accessible via vehicle. If you are looking to get away from crowds in any season these two are the place to go. The campground has a loop dirt road and dirt parking pads. Bears frequent the area so care is needed to properly store and handle food/ scented items. Mountain bikers can continue south along Inside North Fork Rd all the way to Fish Creek Campground if they choose. See the park in standard format
