📖 About This Campground

Logging Creek Campground in west Glacier National Park is 9 miles from Polebridge Montana and offers 7 primitive camping sites along Inside North Fork Rd. No water is available at this secluded location. The Logging Creek Ranger Station is across the road and hiking trails to Logging Lake start nearby. Access via a narrow and dusty road limits this location to tent, car, and small rv/ truck campers only. The campsites are situated along a small dirt loop road. Pit toilets are available along with picnic tables and fire rings at each site. Bears frequent the area so care is needed to properly store and handle food/ scented items. Mountain bikers can continue south along Inside North Fork Rd all the way to Fish Creek Campground if they choose. Logging Creek and close by Quartz Creek are the two most sparsely visited campgrounds accessible via vehicle. If you are looking to get away from crowds in any season these two are the place to go.
