What campers say

Small, first-come-first-serve campground on the Colorado River near Moab with about seven sites. Several sites offer shade and strong river views, and a few (sites 4–7) are more secluded. Vault toilets are available but there is no potable water or hookups; the fee is generally around $20, reduced with an America the Beautiful pass. The campground sits close to the highway, so road noise can be noticeable at times, though many visitors enjoy the soothing sound of the river and limited cell service. Vehicle length limits (~22 ft) and occasional trash or noisy neighbors make it a straightforward, scenic plan-B option.
