We highly do not recommend. Management very disorganization. Reservations were made a year in advance. When we arrived two of our RV spots were relocated away from our group. The manager, (EDITOR: Name Removed), was rude, disrespectful and had no idea how to deal with the public. We will never return.

What campers say
Madison Arm Resort sits on Hebgen Lake just outside West Yellowstone and is often praised for its scenic lake and mountain views and quiet, rustic atmosphere. Guests report friendly, helpful hosts and well‑kept grounds with cabins, RV hookups (electric/water), hot showers, coin laundry, propane, and boat/kayak rentals for good trout fishing. It’s a convenient, more secluded base for Yellowstone—roughly a 20‑minute drive to town—but reached by several miles of gravel road that can be washboarded. The property is described as older but maintained, and some visitors note rates can feel a bit pricey.
