What campers say

M-K Campground sits along Rock Creek with streamside campsites framed by tall trees and surrounding mountains. Sites are generally spacious with large picnic tables and sizable fire rings; about half of sites have metal food-locker containers. Vault/pit toilets are available and the area favors primitive, tent-style camping. Access roads are manageable and the campground is relatively easy to reach, but it can get busy and some sites experience nearby road noise. Occasional bear reports exist though sightings appear uncommon. Overall, a scenic, rustic spot that balances ease of access with a few practical tradeoffs for quiet-seekers.
