What campers say

Limber Pine Campground sits beneath the Beartooth Mountains and offers scenic, wooded sites with a creek running alongside many spots. Campers commonly note quiet, private sites, helpful hosts, and well-kept grounds. It’s a convenient base for nearby hikes, the Beartooth Pass drive and Red Lodge services. Practical tradeoffs: there are no hookups or cell service, facilities are basic (pit toilets, no showers), and the campground’s higher elevation can mean cold mornings. Overall it’s a peaceful, rustic choice for tent campers and RVs seeking solitude and mountain access rather than full-service amenities.
