Fowlers Hollow State Park is a small, quiet campground tucked in the Tuscarora ridgeline with about a dozen campsites and several walk-in spots. Sites are shady and many sit near a meandering stream; most provide 30-amp electrical hookups and there’s a dump station for RVs. Restrooms are generally kept clean but there are no on-site showers. The park suits hiking, horseback riding, fishing and low-key tent or RV camping rather than full-service amenities. Expect limited cell service, a friendly camp host, and the tradeoff of intimacy and simplicity over extensive facilities.
