Crater Lake Resort is a convenient, quiet base for visiting Crater Lake National Park, with many creekside cabins and campsites, walking trails, complimentary canoes, a small store, playground and activities suited to families. Sites and cabins are generally well kept, with functioning RV hookups and hot showers, and staff are often helpful with bookings. Expect tradeoffs: advertised amenities such as wifi or a pool/hot tub may be unreliable or absent, and some guests reported occasional maintenance or cleanliness issues and booking mix-ups. If you value location and a peaceful, family-friendly atmosphere, it’s a solid option with occasional service variability.
