Overall a very nice RV park placed in a difficult location. Sandwiched by commercial businesses and the interstate the wide open parking sites and the "catering to coaches" thing works to create an air of exclusivity that allows them to charge higher rates and draw guests in. Convenient for travelers there is a drawback that you will need to unhook the tow vehicle in order to exit (back out of the site); all of the sites are pull ins. The central communal area is very large and has a wide concrete path meandering through dunes of desert gravel with a few desert plants. Their website does them no justice so hopefully our photos and videos will help. The park has a racing themed logo mirroring the logo and look of the neighboring RV storage area that owns and manages the park. The main office is located across the street at the RV storage yard entrance (do not pull in there with a coach). There is a self checkin board upon entering the park. There is no security but the area is relatively free of problems. A Love's gas station is located along the entrance road for easy fill-ups. Nightly rates range from $55 in the warm months to $65 in the winter months for nightly rates. Discounts may be available for longer term stays. There is nothing of interest within walking distance so you will need to drive to places like the Tanger Outlets, Wildhorse Casino or Chandler Mall. There is constant noise from the Interstate that will vary with volume depending upon the direction of the breeze. The park does have some small sound fences between the sites and the highway but if you are booking picking a site further away has its benefits. Verizon 4G is solid.
