Nice and quiet RV park right in the heart of the city. Pool was wonderful very clean and warm. The backin was a bit tight for our 37' rig but the host was very helpful in getting us in with no damage. Neighbors were great with a mix of snowbirds, workers, and travelers like us. Verizon 4G is solid while 3G is overloaded and slow. It is the heart of Tempe so everything you need is within easy reach. Only note is that you can only enter the park from Apache heading Westbound. Price is a bit high but they do keep the park nice. The pull thrus are the nicest sites.

What campers say
Apache Palms RV Park sits in a very central Tempe location near shops, restaurants, ASU and light rail, making it convenient for exploring. The park is compact with many long-term residents; sites are often tight and hookups can be a distance from parking. Bathrooms, laundry and pool/hot tub are generally clean and pet-friendly, though some guests report limited bathroom availability and spotty Wi‑Fi except near router locations. Opinions about management vary. Expect tradeoffs: good location and basic amenities at modest rates, but be prepared for small sites, occasional noise from nearby businesses and uneven service or utilities during peak heat.
