Ledgedale Recreation Area is a small, lakefront campground and marina popular for boaters and RVers. The facility offers easy, calm launches from side‑by‑side ramps, fuel, and a compact camp/store with basic supplies; seasonal RV parking with hookups is available. Staff are frequently described as friendly and the grounds and sites are generally kept clean, though campsites tend to sit close together and some sites are near the road. Expect cramped trailer and rigging space and limited parking on busy weekends, and a steep access road to the ramp. The cove makes paddling and fishing pleasant, and town services are about 20 minutes away.
