Excellent Verizon 4G and cell signal.

Sites are asphalt and level. Some are drive-through, some back-in. There’s a tent-only section without electricity.

Very quiet.

Bathrooms need updating; everything works, but no A/C and faucets/doors need to be automatic or push rather than touching things that might have COVID-19 on them. Probably only one-eighth of the people are wearing masks during the pandemic.

Gate staff and maintenance guy are delightful.

We’re here during a heatwave so we’d like more sites with shade, obviously. We’ve seen rabbits, lizards, a roadrunner, and a skunk. Lots of fire ants, ouch!

Expensive, but we’re thinking of extending our stay here rather than go back to the Thousand Trails nearby, where there’s not a good internet signal and we weren’t allowed to put reflective blankets up to help keep our vintage campers cool.

Definitely recommend this place.
