Guests consistently praise the clean, well‑maintained grounds, spacious gravel, level sites with good views, and on‑site amenities such as a pool, hot tub, clubhouse/game room, fitness area, and large private showers. Rain Spirit RV Resort in Clarkdale Arizona provides 63 full hookup RV sites with views of Tuzigoot, the Verde River, Jerome, Sycamore Canyon and the Verde Canyon Railroad Train. Paved roads with gravel pads the park has options for pull thru and backin sites. Situated a half mile from old town Cottonwood the park provides seasonal, weekly and overnight rates. Built by RVers who were also developers the location features a well laid out design with sites smartly angeled to the drive for easy entrance and exit. A short drive from Jerome guests can walk or bike over to the trails in Dead Horse Ranch State Park.
