About this campground
What campers say
Birchwood RV Park is a small, utilitarian lot close to Duke Medical Center. Sites are tight and mixed with mobile homes; hookups commonly include water and electrical (30/50 amp) and some sites have sewer. The park attracts many long-term residents and visitors tied to nearby medical care, and several reviewers describe a friendly, quiet community feel. Expect minimal amenities and occasional complaints about management, cleanliness, pricing, and paperwork; reports about staff behavior are mixed. If proximity and a basic, inexpensive site matter more than on-site comforts, this park can work, but verify current management and rates before booking.
