Windmill RV Park

Windmill RV Park in Carlsbad New Mexico offers full hookup RV camping with pull thrus. Gravel sites and roads the park is located right off the main drag heading south out of town just behind a fueling station. The park is not spectacular but not bad either. A mix of long term sites and short term stays the location and some of the long term rigs bring down the overall ambiance of the park. There is a pool and a small playground (swing set) located near the office/ store. For short term guests there are better choices in the area. Rates are very reasonable (sub $20 per night with Passport America). There is a good mix of shade trees within the park. Located south of the main town the park is still in an urban setting near to Walmart.
