📖 About This Campground

Wildrose Campground in Death Valley National Park California is a National Park Service campground offering free camping at 4100'. 23 sites with water spigots available and pit toilets. The road into this area is tight and winding limiting access to smaller RVs and camper trailers. Tent campers also will find a few scenic sites notched into the hillside just above the main camping area. The charcoal kilns are a short drive away along with a large number of off-road trails leading to unique destinations within the park boundaries. Open year round.
