What campers say

White House Trailhead and Campground is a small, primitive site about two miles down a gravel road that doubles as the trailhead for Paria Canyon/Buckskin Gulch. The loop has roughly seven vehicle and five tent spots on a first‑come, first‑served basis, with tables, fire rings and a pit toilet that visitors generally find reasonably maintained. The setting features striking white rock formations, creek hikes with wet crossings, and excellent stargazing. Practical tradeoffs include a bumpy, washboard access road, limited cell service, tight campsite loops that can be difficult for large rigs, and minimal onsite amenities.
