Amenities include a well-maintained pool, multiple playgrounds, a bounce pad, mini golf, fishing areas and scheduled kids’ activities, plus a large store serving pizza and ice cream with site delivery. Staff are consistently described as friendly and helpful; restrooms and showers are clean and updated. Practical tradeoffs: tubing depends on river levels, laundry could use more machines, and summer weekends are busy with families (staff do monitor quiet hours). Many visitors note dog-friendly lower riverfront sites.
