What campers say
Twin Peaks Campground sits in Organ Pipe Cactus National Monument amid mature organ pipe and saguaro cactus, offering striking sunrises, sunsets and excellent stargazing. Sites have paved drives and long concrete pads, and the campground provides water stations, a sani-dump, solar-heated showers and generally well-maintained restrooms. There are no hookups; reservations are handled through Recreation.gov. Park staff and volunteers offer evening programs and ranger talks. Practical tradeoffs: some sites can be uneven or overgrown enough to affect awning use, and occasional desert critters have been reported, so take normal desert precautions.
