What campers say

Twin Palms RV Park is a compact, well-maintained park with roughly 17–20 sites. Guests frequently describe spotless facilities, including clean restrooms and laundry, and reliable Wi‑Fi. The on-site managers are repeatedly praised as friendly and accommodating. The park is quiet and feels safe, and its location next to a canal bike/walk path and close proximity to local services makes it convenient for short or extended stays. The small number of sites limits availability but contributes to a tidy, neighborhood atmosphere—ideal for travelers who prefer a clean, low-key RV park.

📖 About This Campground

Twin Palms RV Park in Mesa Arizona is a small RV park located behind a commercial building just across Main St from the Camping World Store. The management is strict about the quality and age of units keeping a clean park. Sites are raked desert gravel with manicured plants. A restroom and laundry facility are on site along with gated access to the popular canal multi-use (bike) trail. The park can accommodate larger RVs but maneuvering can be tight and is not recommended for units over 40' unless you are a competent driver. Reasonably priced this is a better choice for guests looking to visit the area without paying for all the amenities of some of the resorts in the area. For motorcyclists there is also a popular local motorcycle repair shop located in the commercial shop out front. Access is easiest approaching the park from the West. Arriving from the east requires a U-turn. Call for availability and reservations. There is no office so first come first serve is not recommended.

What a nice surprise this park was. We have family in Mesa and have been hopping around from park to park over the last few years trying to find the right place for us. Took a shot on this one and found a winner. Paid $32 per night for a 1 week stay. Squeezed our large rig in and out with out incident and enjoyed a very quiet and peaceful park. No frills just the way we like it. Verizon 4G was excellent (you can see the tower a block away), 50 amp power was solid, water pressure great and overall the park is well kept. The manager (or owner) Steve greeted us upon arrival (in fact he called us 2 hours ahead of time to confirm!) and had us right in to our site. Excellent place to stay. If you are a cyclist the adjacent canal bike path is a wonderful ride and is lit at night (although the path does pass through some sketchy areas). We will absolutely return in the future.
