What campers say

Tomahawk Mobile Home Park is a quiet, community-oriented park with friendly residents, occasional organized activities, and basic amenities like a pool, clean restrooms/showers, and pickleball courts. It’s affordable and low‑frills — a tradeoff for those who don’t want to pay for extra services. Sites are compact; tight spacing and some 90‑degree back-ins can make large fifth-wheel rigs difficult to maneuver. Management and long-term residents are generally praised, but a few people noted limited entrance security and that the close-knit social atmosphere may feel intrusive to some. Overall it suits budget-minded snowbirds or long-term residents.

The people in the office break every rule made. There dog shits by the mail boxes. Rules are no barking dogs. There dog continueuesly barks at 6 am every day. Every time someone walks by he barks continuously. Rules are also keep dogs on leash and clean there poop. They break all them rules. Then they go around and try to control the color of what your sun shades and etc should be. It's not an HOA. Also jen and her husband are the biggest drunks in the park. I don't advise anyone to stay here. The owner doesn't live here but she supports the drunk office managers and how they harass everyone in the park. There are many lawsuits against them. This place is one big drama place and there all supposed to be adults.

We will be moving in soon. Joanne and Roy are very friendly and helpful. Rates are great and so is the scenery. Try out this park, you won't be sorry!
