We ended up spending almost 4 weeks total at this KOA over the course of our 3 month stay in the greater Phoenix area and our overall experience was very good. All of the staff members were personable and helpful, the grounds were well maintained, and the neighbors were friendly. The sites are large enough for any rig and relatively easy to maneuver in and out of. The location is also outside of the main town and easy to get to off US 60. The only comment we have is that Verizon coverage is very weak with 3G slightly better than the scattered 4G (not the fault of KOA at all just a note for reference). We will stay again. Rate ended up being about $35 per day.
