Charming, quiet waterfront community on Lake Rosalie with tree-lined streets and peaceful lake views. Visitors note friendly residents and a helpful, responsive manager; there are regular social activities and a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere. Amenities include a swimming pool, boat launch, shuffleboard, laundry and a small on-site store, making short stays comfortable. Practical tradeoffs: roads are narrow and mostly one-way with limited visitor parking, many sites are rental-only rather than owned, and well water has been reported to have a sulfur odor. Good base for nearby state parks and Bok Tower visits.
