Well-maintained RV resort with large, level back-in and pull-through sites, full hookups, and wide roads that make maneuvering easy. The park is consistently described as very clean, with spotless showers, a tidy clubhouse, a small gym, a pool, and free, well-kept laundry. Management and maintenance staff are friendly and responsive, and common areas and grassy dog runs are kept up, making it a good option for longer stays. Practical tradeoffs: the property sits near I-20, a nearby train line, and Air Force activity, so occasional road, train, or jet noise may occur, though many guests found it not overly disruptive.
