Good location at I-77/I-70 crossing. Rough road getting in/out. During reservation process I was ask about pets and wood. Did have to change sites after getting there. No problem. Only stayed one night. Did not use any of the facilities. Internal roads hard to navigate. Fifth wheel.

What campers say
Spring Valley Campground is a budget-friendly, conveniently located park with lots of shade, a pavilion and frequent community events (bands, karaoke, DJ nights), so it can be lively on holiday weekends. Amenities include a camp store, ice/wood delivery, playground, pool and fishing; many guests praise clean bathhouses and well-kept grounds. However, reviewers also note pothole-filled roads, uneven sites, limited shade at some spots, and that the campground hosts many long-term RVs. A few guests reported water or after-hours maintenance issues, so it’s a good fit for social or overnight stays but less ideal if you need guaranteed quiet or 24/7 service.

We spent two weeks there last spring on our way home from Florida. Ran into some issues with our RV and staff were more accommodating and helpful. I would stay again. Nice area and wonderful people Patty
